Yes, you read that right, we are looking for some layouters to join our team! The applications are
open to anyone and will be judged solely on the work that you present to us. This time around, we will not be hosting a
second round, but picking new members on the spot!

Although we can, the layouter function will be for when we need to post things on the team account! Half the time we are looking for someone to make a layout! Also when you come onto the team, some of us aren’t aware we need to make our own layouts! So they are just there to help out!

nope, the layout does not matter in your application! Usually out blogs are required to be 200+ words, so as long as you have around that I'd say you're good

No, the layouters don't have to make blogs like the writing part. They mostly there to help out with making layouts for the team account like announcements, competitions etc...
