Especially with Halloween for me is that you dress up at home with Halloween things like ghosts, bats and so on. Then you cook cakes/buns and celebrate Halloween with your family and have it so cozy.

(now adding description of halloween since i was in class and couldn't do it earlier)
the thing that describes halloween for me is carving pumpkins. big, small, long, fat, every colour that a pumpkin comes in. whether it's the most intricate carvings or just plain and simple, i just love it. carving pumpkins is a thing my family and i have just always done, even before halloween parties, alcohol and dressup became a thing. my brother and i were so small that all we could do was scoop out the seeds and draw our designs, because the knives were too big for us. i love halloween, i can't wait to celebrate this year <33
