It depends. If you have barely any colors even somewhat near the first palette, get the first one. But personally, from a broke person's point of view, you'd benefit more from the second one.

my first thought was A, but when i looked closer on B, i realized that theres a lot of similar colors. you get more variety with A

i think the second one is more for like people who do makeup for clients and stuff so they need the right neutral tones and that's why there's so many browns, i would probably only end up using like four different of them and the rest would just stay untouched

i'd say the first one, more nice shimmers
