You can also do, uh... idk if they even have an English name, but in Swedish they're called 'kärleksmums' and they're great as well!

Also baklavas! Or 'kokosbollar/chokladbollar' (apparently they're called 'oatmeal ball' in English). You can also make own-made croissants really easily by just buying some phyllo that you can put in the oven and if you want you can sprinkle them with some powdered sugar afterwards. Or 'vaniljbullar', they're like cinnamon buns but with some kind of vanilla or butter thing instead of cinnamon
