umm that makes sense, if you've missed half a semester they usually wont let you.
not sure what kindof schooling youre talking about,
but if its college you have to apply like 6 months in advance for a program, at least here anyways.
if you didnt apply and called the school looking for a spot here they'd probably laugh at you, ask if you're serious, then hangup.

no but seriously i had to apply myself and i didnt to it because im too lazy and i got someone to call in to the school instead and put me on a local waiting list, so i was probably one of the last people on the list

but ive talked about this too many times already, im probably gonna get banned from vp for spamming
