i'm considering starting therapy

or like I don't think it's therapy specifically basically just go and talk to someone not like KBT and DBT but i'm uncertain because I don't feel like my issues can be solved by talking about them

Like what is there to expect? if anyone has experience
because I tried it once and they were like why are you here, what do you want to talk about
idk?????
and then there's that long pause when they just sit and stare at you and it's like you're supposed to say something but idk what because there was no question

like I legit don't know if I have anything to talk about but I just want some kind of appointment and not be like yes i havent been there in 6 months like it was last week

thats just called 'talk therapy' theres definitely a benefit in having someone to chat with no matter whats going on in your life. most of the therapy i've done was just talk therapy, a bit of CBT but i mostly just need someone to talk to. 

you might surprise yourself with how much you have to say when you start. you could even say 'i don't know where to start and i wish there was questions you could ask me' you could talk about how you feel that day. you could talk about how much you love markus. there's a lot i think you could talk about.

sorry i know you dont usually like my advice, but i think this could be a good thing for you. its just a bit awkward to start out with because the person is a stranger at first.
