7 weeks ago I started my own challange with a couple of goals to finish before I will turning 18.
7 weeks sounds not a lot with the goals that I have, but I am really proud of myself with what I have reached so far.
7 weeks ago my weight was around 74,8kg (lets say 75kg to be sure), yesterday, after I took a shower, I weighed myself and I was so suprised!
I weight around the 70,4kg (70,5kg to be sure).
Also my acne at my neck starts to disapear and I've got less acne at my forehead (I've still, but slowly it get less)
Beside that, I've got my hearing aids and my vitamin B12 injections.
I feel the last time less stressed and irritated!
Because of my school and healty I work now 3 days instead of 4 day (2/3 hours each day) in a week and I am gonna stop with volleybal (I don't like my team, coach/trainer and I want to have more time and be more flexibel). It feels so good to have more free time and more time to spend on school!
I am gonna start soon with to go to the gym or sporting at home.
But I don't know which one yet.
Anyone suggestion?
I wanna be more in shape and looking fit.
