the thing is, i got this pain yesterday, because i ate pancakes that consisted a lot of dairy (mom why) and bread with feta cheese ... which wasapparently not a good idea because it hurt like hell

but the point is, i have it again!!' ??? now??? it's unreasonable i had pancakes after my soup around 12/1pm
and the bread with soup around 4/5pm, so the pain started around 9/10pm!! and that's not logical it never takes that long 
so now idk
it hurts a lot :-( 


that was my rant my body is 100% ok
