but, i rarely see the topic "muslims in china" pop up. and i'm not saying my school should do that, because i can do it as well, but it's like.. no one does. we had a whole day for the holocaust, and the iissues happening TODAY (with muslims) got mentioned once. on a screen. on a map.

and it's like.. great! spread awareness about it, since the last generation with memories from it will soon die out. but... why not spread the same awareness on something that is actually happening? they kept talking about how "we need to know so it doesn't happen again" BUT IT IS. and not just in china, in india too, they're not letting muslims live there anymore, it's happening around the world.

i've also noticed whenever i bring up the topic racism in any form or any topic that isn't really "common" people shut up easily
like they'll say smart stuff but when i bring up like examples for ex the movie black panther and  hidden figures
idk i'm not poc myself but i really try n use my voice for it

as someone who is indian (but living in the us), india's blind hatred of pakistan and muslims really upsets me. considering the country's history they should be more willing to support muslims.

but a LOT of people are protesting, and that makes me really happy

one correction: it's not christians they're prioritizing, it's hindus
