Also I guess I am gifted when it comes to being "connected". When I read people with my tarot /oracle cards I get these instincts or strong thoughts about something, With other words I am really intuitive. And that I am not scared of, but when it is about ghosts I close it all off, I turn it off because I just don't want to feel it , see it or anything!! Don't know if that makes sense, but I think you can be open for things and then learn to turn and close off the things you don't want to sense
