i remember being in sooo much pain when i had kidney stones. I went to the hospital and holy shit ive never ever been in more physical pain - i thought it was my appendix.
when i was in so much pain i remember being willing to accept aaaanything that would soften the paun to be done to me. like put me under narcosis? knock me tf out? throw myself under a bus? sure!
that's how i have also started feeling mentally lately. idk when/how it's ever gonna get better but i'm so grateful i ca at least regularly see my psychologist.
