Noah walked into the stuffed cafeteria, there was so many different smells in the room, dirt, sweat and that horrendous cheap ass food. She walked to the line grabbing a trey getting served whatever they had made today and sat down by a random table. She grabbed a fork and suddenly her hand disappeared, she could still feel it and move it so she knew it was still there. She dropped her fork and placed her hand between her thighs, she picked the fork up with her other hand and started eating like nothing had happened, but she was sure someone had seen it and she felt uneasy about some of the people in there.

Bailey walked inside the cafeteria it was quite full already, he walked over to the line and got served the terrible food someone had made for them. He was sure it was just cheap hermetic food, warmed up and put together into big saucepans, but it was this or nothing. So, if he were to come out of there someday he needed to be alive and eat whatever he could. He walked a bit around looking for a free table, but every table was taken, he walked over to a table where a girl was sitting alone at the end of the table. He walked down to the other end and sat down, quickly that table had filled up too. He looked a bit down on his food before he looked up at the girl again, she looked like she was really scared of something or someone.

Suddenly she felt how someone was looking at her and looked up only to meet a pair of eyes that belonged to a boy around her age. She felt like she should say something but she couldn't come up with anything to say so she just looked away before feeling a little embarrassed.

While he was eating he suddenly saw something that caught his eyes but did he really see right? He looked at the girl before looking down on his food. ''I'm so done with this'', said he to himself before putting the food away. He knows these people where bad but he would never think they would put drugs into his food.

Noah poked a bit around in her food and she could swear she saw something move in there, but as her stomach screamed for food she took a bite up. She could swear they had done something to the food as it tasted more horrible then other times she had eaten. She opened her thighs a bit and looked down to see if her hand had showed up again, but it hadn't. She looked up again and pushed the tray away. She pulled her hand up and put it down in one of the pockets on her pants, as she took up the tray with her other hand. She stood up and walked over to the area where they would put the empty trays and sat it down.

As the girl looked up, Bailey looked down at his food, completely embarrassed as she had caught him staring at her. He bit his lip intensely and kept staring at the food hoping it would just explode, but it didn't. He then decided to take a bit and get the few nutritions in there into his body, he made a grimace as the nasty taste worsened as he swallowed.

Since he didn't want to eat anymore he decided to leave the cafeteria and went to put his tray away. As he put his tray away he realized it was the girl he thought had made her hand disappear and decided to ask only to make sure he wasn't crazy, ''Excuse me, but I just have to ask a question which can sound weird but your hand hasn't disappeared or something like that?''. Gabe realized it sounded really stupid and felt how his cheeks started to get warm.

Noah jumped a little bit as she heard a manly voice behind her, she turned around and looked up at a boy with black hair and dark green eyes, mainly his eyes caught most of her attention, but he had seen what had happened to her hand. "What, no, i think you're seeing things" she said her voice going a bit high as she lied. She pushed her hand deeper down in the pocket "Sorry, but i gotta go" she said and started to turn around.

As the girl started a to laugh a pretty fake laugh he looked up wondering what she had done. He looked a bit around at the others left on the tables as they turned their heads towards her. He looked at her again "Excuse me? Are you like okay?" he asked as he poked around in the little food left on his trey.

As soon as she got out of there she could finally breath again, not because of the air, because of all the people inside that weren't to be trusted. She walked into a corner where she knew she'd be out of sight from everyone and all the cameras surrounding the place. She took her hand up and looked at the place it should have been.

Bailey nodded awkwardly "Sure" he said and looked down at the rest of his food again. He looked at the clock, it was about five minutes left of the lunch break and then they needed to be back at their work stations again. He ate the last few bites of his food and looked over at the girl again. "Need a new fork?" he asked as he stood up.

When the girl disappeared he decided to get back to work. He couldn't help himself from thinking that she acted really weird but maybe she had got some drugs in her food too. Gabe sat down on his chair again before starting to work again, hoping they wouldn't experiment on him again.

A line of people walked past her without seeing her, probably coming from the cafeteria, then she spotted a glove in someone's back pocket, she quickly and carefully pulled it out and put it on her hand and she joined the line walking back to the place they where cleaning.

Bailey nodded carefully "Okay" he said and walked over to the area where the trays where supposed to be. He put the tray down and walked towards the door, looking over his shoulder one last time to get a last glimpse of the girl. He walked back to his machine and grabbed some tools and started working again.

As he was working he noticed a strange feeling in his body, but just shake his head before keep on working. What was in that food? Maybe it was a new way to experiment on them? He hoped it wasn't because he didn't want to starve himself.

He looked at the tools he had brought under the machinery and noticed he was missing something. He looked a bit around and saw it laying under the tools table, he sighted as he looked at it and his eyes grew as he could swear it moved. There was no one around the table and he just looked at it as it came closer and closer to him.

They took her to a room before closing the door and shortly after that a man came in and looked at her. ''Don't be scared I just have to ask you some questions'', said he and smiled at her. Ellie started to get nervous and hold her hands close to her chest.

Suddenly he started to think about his sister, wondering what she was doing now. Shortly after that, he started to think about his mother, hoping she was okay. At least now it would be easier for her to pay the rent since she didn't need to pay for them anymore.

Successfully Noah didn't get picked this time, but there was another girl who were picked. She bit her lip and closed her eyes as the guards dragged her away. She kept swiping back and forth and kept her eyes to the floor. A guard came up to her and told her to go over to the the desk station and start cleaning the floor there, she nodded and walked over to the room where the cleaning utensils were being kept. She picked up a bucket and filled it with water and a cloth and started walking.

Soon enough the tool was in Bailey's hands, he just looked at it fascinated, but also hoping nobody had seen it. He put the tool down beside the other tools and started working again, a few drops of oil fell down on his cheek as he finished up the fixing off the machine. She closed the lid and rolled out from under there, he walked over to some scientist standing there looking between a few forms, "Excuse me, I'm finished repairing the machine, would you try it?" i asked and they nodded as they started walking over to the machine.

He was so into to his thoughts that he didn't notice that the girl from before came into the room. ''Maybe if I could sneak into one of the offices I would be able to use their computer and see where my sister is'', thought him to himself and looked at the papers on the table.

She looked at the floor a bit, it wasn't a big room, it could barely fit the four desks inside, but holy shit the floor looked nasty, it was almost brown because it was so dirty. She sighed and sat down on all four and drenched her cloth in the warm water, she threw it down on the floor and began scrubbing.

The scientists tried the machine and it worked, Bailey smiled a bit for himself and nodded to them as they said he could leave. He put the tools back on the table and walked out of there and towards the room som fetch some clean clothes and a towel hoping the showers where open and free. On his way he walked past the station where that girl was cleaning, he stopped for a moment leaning against the wall as he studied her a bit. Her raven black short hair, dark green eyes surrounded by thick long eyelashes.
