You make money and how? By simply doing nothing. The teams does 99% of your job. You aren't hosting a shit and what happened to the app? And how about giving Jess the right to improve codes. Because that simple little task you have, doesn't always seem to work in time doesn't it?

If I see no improvement, I will no longer support VP with buying credits. I have enough stuff already. I always thought that I did not want this site to go under like gSm did. But I don't see it that way. You gotta do some work and show people that you are a "man" of your words and make difference.
