I already apollogise if there is some grammar mistakes here and there because I’m still not good with english, but anyways, there isn’t any criteria for how good you have to be with roleplaying that you could join in, and there also isn’t any minimum amount of how many sentences or paragraphs you have to write. There was once a time when magical and non magical creatures could live in even some kind of peace with each other, but alas, even that small peace didn’t last forever. A war ended up bursting between magical creatures and humans because a small group of magical creatures decided to make a name of them themselves by destroying multiple towns owned and inhabited by humans. Magical creatures were very victorious at the beginning, but as the time went on the machines made by humans started to be greater than magic. Slowly but surely magical creatures started to lose even more and more battles, until they couldn’t win anymore. The humans were too powerful.
On the last year of war, all the remaining kings, queens and rulers gathered to one place to discuss about the possible ways to still somehow win the war. They ended up giving a mission for two wizards to find or create a spell that could bring end to that war. Older one of these wizards was the most powerful, but not so smart at all, when the younger one was the smartest, but not as powerful. They did their best to try to work together, but after some time they ended up working by themselves. After some time both of them had managed to come up with plans. Unfortunately they were soon running out of time, as the humans had finally arrived to the city where they were. Still both of them presented their own plan on how to bring end to that war. The younger wizard’s plan was very simple. He suggested that they should use a spell to wipe all the memories about magic from humans and then send shape-shifters disguised as humans to lead all of the humans away. To make sure that a new war wouldn’t start between humans and magical creatures, they would cast a spell that would cause all humans and magical creatures to turn around and walk away without realising when they would walk too close to the barrier caused by that spell. He himself unfortunately wasn’t enough powerful to cast those spells and survive alive from it. The older wizard’s plan wasn’t as friendly. He had found multiple spells that together would make all the humans mindless slaves fort he magical creatures, so that magical creatures could rule the world. He unfortunately wasn’t smart enough to put that spell together and make it work,no matter how hard he tried. As the kings, queens and rulers were debating about which plan they should use, somebody ran in the room in panic. The humans had managed to get in the castle. None of the kings, queens or rulers survived and over 70% of all the magical creatures lost their lives during the war. Those who were left managed to hide from humans, but there wasn’t any certainty about how long they would stay hidden.
After some time of trying and trying to make the spell work, the older wizard went to ask help from the younger wizard. He promised that they both could rule the whole world together, that they could use the younger wizard’s intelligence and his power to make the whole world bow before them, but the younger wizard refused to use his intelligence to make that spell work. Even when humans had made his world collapse, he refused to be cruel towards them. The older wizard got mad about this, threatening that he will make that spell work, no matter what. The younger wizard knew that the older wizard wasn’t able to make the spell work himself, but he understood that the older wizard could either use his power to force somebody to make it for him or find somebody who actually would be willing to make it work, and so he decided to find and destroy all the possible information about spellsthat could help make the spell work.
Slowly both of the wizards gained followers to help find possible spells that could make the spell work. Both of these teams were greatly aware of each other and this almost caused a civil war among the magical creatures. A civil war actually almost happened. The older wizard’s team finally was almost ready with the spell. They had found a very unknown spell that in theory should make the spell work. The younger wizard’s team heard about this and decided that if they didn’t stop them at that moment, they would loose. Everybody who was able to fight attacked older wizard’s team’s base. The younger wizard himself decided to be the one who would try to steal the older wizard’s notebook where the still unfinished spell was. Unfortunately the older wizard had expected that and managed to catch him. As the younger wizard was about to lose his life, a scream could be heard over all the other noise. “Humans!”. Humans had found them again, and this time none of them could have the possibility of surviving. Luckily the chaos caused by humans gave the younger wizard the possibility to take the notebook and escape from the older wizard. He knew that if he would try to destroy the notebook himself, he wouldn’t be able to help all of his friends in time. As a difficult choice, he chose to give that book for one of his friends so he could destroy that. As the friend escaped, the younger wizard started to implement his plan. He knew that he couldn’t be able to perform both of the spell back to back, but the only way to save everybody was to even try to perform the spell that would make all the humans forget that magical creatures existed.
As all the human soldiers stopped because they forgot why they were there, everybody who could pass as a human started to guide humans away from the other magical creatures. The younger wizard had fainted because of the spell, but thanks to him all the magical creatures were safe so far. A week later when he woke up he immediately wanted to perform that spell that would create the magical barrier that would keep humans and magical creatures away from each other, but nobody wanted to let him perform that spell because it would have killed him from exhaustion. Still the next day he was found dead because he had performed that spell despite everything. He had died happily knowing that everybody else was safe and that the spell to enslave humanity was destroyed. The older wizard didn’t have really good luck, as he had been injured badly when humans attacked and ended up dying after couple of days. Before his death he told all his followers that his legacy shall be the enslavement of the humanity. Because of that, most of his followers still continued trying to find a way to enslave humanity.
Some years after the death of older and younger wizard, followers of the older wizard found that person who was supposed to destroy the book. It turned out that that person didn’t actually destroy that book but instead just hid it very well. This information terrified followers of younger wizard and encouraged the followers of the older wizard. For a long time followers of the older wizard tried to get the information of location of the book from him, but he never said it. The only thing that he ever told was: “Try to look some information from the sparkly forest. Maybe you will find even some kind of hint from there.”. Followers of younger wizard managed to save him,but when they asked about the book, he just told the same thing. He ended up being murdered few years later.
Many hundred years later the hint was finally found from the Forest Of Darkness And Light. It’s a piece of paper that tells about his journey and how he had started to think that it doesn’t actually matter to him if all the humans get enslaved, because they kinda like deserve it, so instead of destroying the book he chose to hid it, but he still isn’t completely sure what would be the best place for it. At the end of the paper he tells that he will leave second one of these papers in town that would be known from it’s happiness and that he will tell more about everything there. As you may guess, both teams have gathered multiple small groups to find all the remaining hints. This roleplay is about two of this groups, one coming from the older wizard’s side and the other coming from the younger wizard’s side. Your characters job is to try to find hints, try to sabotage the other teams job, and most importantly try to find the book and either destroy it or use it to finally enslave the humanity.

The magical barrier has started to be weaker and weaker as the time has gone on, and that has caused humans and magical creatures to be able to meet each other again. Some humans have started to theorize about existence of magical creatures and some have even seen them either cast spells or have seen them in magical form, but of course other humans don’t really believe them. Nowadays the barrier is so weak that it works only very rarely. Some places that contain multiple magical creatures, like unicorns or so have been hidden with magic from humans, but all magical creatures still can access those places. The world of magic has evolved with the world of humans, so nowadays there are multiple cities and towns that are very modern but still mostly have all the residents be magical creatures.Our characters are from one of that kind of cities. The city of Njander is city that was found twenty years after the death of both wizards and ended up being home for both of the teams.
The older wizards team has hided for a long time in boarding school that they rule. Most of the people there are descendants of the original older wizard’s followers, who have been collected there to be trained to find the book. This training includes fighting, learning to use our abilities to either hurt others or make finding that book easier, and basic education. Things are mostly magical there, and all more modern technology is looked kinda badly because it’s created by humans. Some people still have sneaked in some laptops, mobile phones and stuff like that. All the people there are not related to the original followers or other newer followers in there, but have come there from their own will. People who are related to followers of older wizard have been either sent there by their parents or have been called there to replace their parent. Those who work for the older wizard usually either live in the boarding school or close to it.
The younger wizard’s sides base is the town hall. They mostly nowadays focus on keeping the magical world nice and safe. Their job is to cover damage made by magical creatures who have wanted to make a name of themselves, make sure that the whole humanity won’t end up knowing about magic and maintain the magical side of Njander’s school, where they teach ways to control your magic and information about magic for the magical ones. They also teach fighting for those who want to join the younger wizard’s team. People in younger wizard's team usually live in the centre of Njander with all the other people who don't really are in either of the teams.
