Noah is the best at everything and he knows it. He is comfident and a bit cooky, have a weird since of humor and can sometimes act damn scary.

Background: Noah comes from an old family of vampires, one of the first in fact. He is the oldest son in the family and his destiny was for a long time to take over the family bussnies, but that was during the time he was still alive. He used to date a vampire that later turned him. Today his damily owns an impire.

Thalia followed the rain drops going down the car-window with a look, finding it satisfying though getting slightly disturbing that the rain drops doesn't fall in a pattern. Outside it's like a like a dark quilt covering the sky and all below it. She bites her nails of restlessness, the way too proffessional chauffeur is not so much of a company. From what she had heard, it's another snobby prestige school, and so far it's been quite confirmed.

Time goes by and she feels a slight puff and looks up. The chauffeur smiles strained, "We are here", then goes out of the car and grabs her bagage. Of a sudden excitement she almost jumps out of the car and immediately gets hit by a big shiver going from her head down to every inch of her body. From what she can see, there's many old grand buildings, but somehow very beautiful and detailed. She grabs some of her things and they walk to her room. It feels a bit weird that she's arriving at night, but she soon forgets about it. When the chauffeur has gone she throws herself at the bed, the room is very airy and pretty - just as the rest of the school gives the impression to be. But didn't she have a roommate?

She doesn't reflect much more about it. Instead she goes out, breaths in the fresh air and takes a small walk. After a while she spots some stairs and takes a seat, staring out in the dark.

The rain hit the windows at full speed, making a barley audible sound, in the distan the sound of thunder roared and a lightning cut through the sky, lighting up the hallways inside the old rustic buildings, filled with the most peculiar things. It was everything from old armor from the darkage, shields and swords to stuffed animals and painting of ancient families, some that almost looked exactly like some of the students that walked the halls. Altho that might not be to strange, since all the paintings was of old relatives to the students, from long ago.

The hallways was empty and quiet, expect for the sound of thunder and the rain biting the many windows made out of stained glass. No cars could be heard outside, since the old school, that once had been an old manor estate with different buildings, was placed in what some might call the middle odnnowhere. The nearest town was however only ten minutes away by car.

It seemed like if the whole school was asleep and quiet, with the exception of the new student that just have arrived, but that was not the case. If you listened carefully you could hear small whispers coming from the shadows of every corner, whispers that sounded as if they came from ghosts, and if you where real quiet you might her small footsteps coming closer, the sound cushioned by the red carpet that ran across every floor. And if the new girl had just looked up from the her place on the stairs she might have noticed the figure that slowly crept closer, stoping at the balcony able here, where you could see straight down to the floor below but also the stairs that was connected to it, which in this case was the stairs that the girl was siting on.

"And who do we have here?" A soft but masculine asked. Brown eyes looking over the girl that sat on the stairs almost directly below him. The boy in question, that was known as Noah, positioned his elbows on the railing to the balcony, a small smirk hon his lips.

After a while she started to pick up smaller stones and throwing them away, trying to prick a certain tree far away.

A voice awoken her from her pricking-tree ritual she winced while making a small howl. The instinct of throwing the stone on the voice appeared, but she stopped herself right in action, holding the stone over her head. Looking up she spot a pair of dark eyes watching her with a smirk. "Ah", she sighed and put the stone down. That playful smirk almost made her boil. "Why the hell would you sneak around like that? I could have thrown this at you", she said holding up the stone. She looked at the small stone she had in her hand and then at him, it probably wouldn't even have hurt. It actually looked pretty dumb. She wetted her lips and looked down, holding back a grin at herself. "Okay sorry, I'm new here, I'm Thalia. And you?" she said. "It's fine I won't hit you with the stone. It's usually my hobby hitting strangers with stones but I'll make you an exception if you tell me your deepest secret?", she quickly filled in while looking at him.

A chuckle escaped him, the girl in front of him didn't look especially intimidating, not even with the small rock she was holding. "In my defends, I actually didn't mean to sneak up on you" he said as he covered his hands, putting them in the pockets of his jeans instead, leaning against one of the huge pillars that stood close to the door, since he was still standing under a roof he was perfectly dry, the same couldn't be said about the girl that stood in front of him, further down the stairs. "Noah" he said in a simple introduction.

Lightning once again cut through the sky, this time a bit further away, but it was still close enough to shine a suden light through the sense darkness. "Then I would say that we have a problem, since it takes a bit more then a rock to scare me into spilling any secrets" he said, still with a smirk on his lips.

Thalia opened her mouth, but then closed it again. "Well, I guess we have", she said while the corners of her moth tried to stop a big smile. As if thinking hard, she looked up at the sky, bit her lip and then tilted her head on the side. "Okay, well... I could content myself with a small survival-guide to this school", "does and dont's you know", she said without letting her eyes of him and that grin.

"For starters it is never good to be late your first day, and having a cold is not a good excuse" he said teasingly since he was sure that she would get one by staying out in the rain. Noah took a small step closer, altho he was still standing under the small roof hanging over the entrance to the big and old building. "Secondly, you really should try to avoid being out after curfew. Unless you want any of the monsters and gosths to take you" he countinued looking down at her from his place on the top of the stiars.

Why would she remind about the light embarrassing moment?

Suddenly she started to recognize some small whispers along with a lighter fog. Was it the creeps feel of the school or just her mad thoughts? "But right now I'm almost soaking wet, so I think I'll go back to my room. I'll see you tomorrow, Noah", she said with an unreadable facial expression. She rose up and faced him, "Nice chat by the way, thanks", she said giving a small humble smile.

It didn´t take long for the early morning fog to roll in over the grounds belonging to the school and Noah could almost sence how creept out Thalia became, his small smirk grew a bit wieder as she got up from her seat on the stairs. "Yea, see you tomorrow. If you survive the night" he said as she got up to him. He just nodded a bit to her as she thanked him for the nice chat, and instead of following her in Noah stood still on his place on the stairs, looking out into the night.
