if you click on social it's on the right with the "forum" "startalk" etc tabs
but i googled virtualpopstar rules to find it and thats not a good thing lol

My guess is the rules are found underneath the Social tab is because that's the main aspect of the website. If people are only here to play the shitty games, there really isn't any rule for them to break.

if we want to get technical here, it is on every single page. At the very bottom you will see Terms of Use. If you click on that, it shows you the terms you have agreed to when you signed up. The behavior section isn't as in-depth as the actual rule page, however the link to the rules is on there. When you click "I agree", or continue to play, that you are aware of the rules on here.

When I first joined I though the rules were easy enough to find, but I am also the type of person to check them before I start posting. The auction tab lights up green so it catches your eye. Maybe the rules tab could light up red so it's more obvious at glance.
