STORY 1 - Weird stalker guy

Okay, so this story happened like 2 years ago, for a little background: I have autism and when i turned 18, my mom told me she couldn't take care of me anymore so she sent me to a sort of group home for people with autism. It was a tiny one story building with about 8 apartments for each person. My first day there it was pretty clear that i was one of the ''high functioning'' people there and it seemed i was the youngest too. My mom stayed with me the first night to help me get settled and two guys who lived there kept walking up to my door just looking, me being used to being around socially awkward people (like myself), didn't really think much of it, although i really hated the attention. I didn't want to talk to them and after about two hours they gave up. My mom said they were sweet and just curious as to who was moving in, but I wasn't in the mood to socialize.
Fast forward to me living there a couple of weeks, i'm sitting in my very tiny living room watching tv when i see a shadow outside my window, my window was placed beside the main entrance so i could always hear and see people walking by. My blinds were on though, but i could still see the shadow since the main entrance had lights on all night. So i started looking away from the tv just looking at the shadow by the window, the person stood there for about 5 minutes then walked away, or so i thought. Then i saw the shadow sorta duck behind a wall, but still try to look into my window and that was when i got kind of freaked out. The next day i tell the people working in the group home and they're like ''Oh it's probably just Eric he does that sometimes.'' and I'm sorta like..?? ''Well I would appreciate it if he didn't cause it freaks me out.'', they just said something along the lines that they would talk to him about it and i agreed.
Fast forward again to having been here for months, it's a daily occurence that this Eric guy walks past my front door and front windows 40 times a day, walking past 4 times in 4 minutes. My door is made of glass, so again, he can see through. Sometimes i walk out from my living room and i see Eric just standing at my door staring at me. It's the most unsettling thing. At this point I've told the staff multiple times, but they say they can't really do anything and that he is harmless. Right. At one point though Eric is gone and I'm relieved to finally being comfortable with having my blinds up and walking around in my own apartment.
So probably a year into living there (maybe less) i get really depressed, it wasn't the best place to live and I've never felt so lonely in my life. I end up attempting suicide and they put me in a mental hospital for a couple of days so I can be watched. Well guess who's there too? Fucking Eric. He notices me right away and everytime a nurse tries to walk into my room he stands by the door staring at me. They have to keep telling him to go away. One time i had to wash my clothes with one of the nurses and he followed us yelling so everyone could hear it ''HEY THAT GIRL LIVES WHERE I LIVE, HI MICHELLE! HER NAME IS MICHELLE'' and being the type of person that hates attention I just start walking faster until the nurses can get a hold of him.
So at this point I'm actually in a okay mental state, still not the best place to live with neglectant staff and shitty people around me just all around. Eric is back too at one point and honestly I haven't been outside because I'm afraid I'll run into him. His apartment isn't even on my side so it makes no sense why he is there all the time. I've noticed it's been quiet out there for a while, so I decide it's safe to go down to the basement with my laundry. I turn the connor and BOOM almost bumped into him. I kinda freak out, but remember he is still just a person and i politely give him a smile and say ''hi'', he doesn't say anything he just stares. I then walk past him on my way to the basement, i look back and this fucker is following me now. He actually turned around to follow me. I start walking faster and I thank god i have the key for the basement ready, i open the door and shut it quickly so that i know it's locked. I walk into the laundry room with my laundry and then i hear the door open. I froze. Was he going to kill me? I mean i didn't even know the guy or what he was capable of? 3 minutes go by and I finally get the courage to peak out from the room. The door is open, but he is nowhere to be seen, it seems that he is gone. It scared the lifeless crap out of me so I hurried up and put my clothes in the washing machine and hurried back up to my apartment. Again i speak to the staff and this one guy is actually really helpful. He is the first to take me serious and says they need to fix it. I know that they talked to him about it and also about standing by my window, but do you think he listened?
To describe Eric i would say, very tall guy, i couldn't tell if he was skinny or chubby bc he was always wearing a big green jacket, he had glasses, was hunched over sorta and had long dark greasy hair. So yeah basically nightmare fuel to any girl (okay i know I sound like an asshole), but i am a very tiny girl and I knew if he tried anything i wouldn't stand a chance.
So now it's the norm again to see him at my window, although when the staff tells him to stop he just laughs very childlike. He thought it was funny? It annoyed the shit out of me and I went from being scared to being super angry. I know he had issues, but damn, I had issues too and he wasn't helping me with my anxiety, he actually made it worse. I told the staff if he ever tried anything i would beat the living shit out of him (aggressive i know), i was short yes, but I was angry too. They told me that wasn't allowed and i reminded them that him looking into my windows and following me around wasn't allowed either. They agreed, but told me again that there was nothing they could do. I seriously considered calling the police at this point.
The last thing he did that really made me angry was he walked past my door and windows many many times (as always), but then i realized he was gone. I sighed in relief, but i still had that feeling of being watched. My eye caught movement outside and this fucking dude was hiding behind a tree outside my apartment watching me, when he saw me he grinned and moved closer. I walked into the living room not wanting to deal with his shit and called my boyfriend. My boyfriend stayed at my apartment pretty much everyday from now on and he stopped for a while. I think he even asked the staff if that was my boyfriend and they told him it was. He still walked past our door sometimes, but not as often and not as creepily. Thankfully we moved out about a year later and I haven't seen him since. But it made me very cautious and very dependant of my boyfriend. I know he probably didn't have any bad intentions, but it really fucked my mental state up and it really scared me.

Story 2 - My last camping trip

So in July 2017 my family and I (mom, stepdad and me) decided to go camping in our city, as there are some wooded areas with shelters around. My stepdad and I had usually gone alone, sometimes inviting some of my friends from school, as he was the outdoorsy type of guy and had a lot of experience with it. This year though my mom had agreed to come along, as long as it was a place not too far into the woods. We agreed and packed our stuff, bought some food we could grill on a bonfire and drove to said place. When we arrived we were surprised to see 3 cars already parked outside of the place and we feared that someone was already occupying the shelter, so we went in and … no one was there? To explain it briefly, the wooded area was only really around the campsite and if you ventured just a few steps further you would be at a very dirty beach that no one used. We were confused but figured maybe it was just some people walking their dogs or something. Not even 10 minutes later while we’re setting up a man dressed in all black walks through our campsite not saying a word and disappears into the woods, me being my paranoid 17 year old self, I watched him. I was confused as to where he went because the path was very short and he still hadn’t returned. My mom said she had to pee and I informed her that the man from earlier still hadn’t returned. He never did, so I guess maybe he found another way out? The night goes on and A LOT of cars have passed us. We can’t see them, but we can hear them and see the headlights. This is not at all a popular area and it wasn’t really a place were there would usually be a lot of people. The last time we were there we met a couple walking their dog and that was it.
At one point a guy in a blue jacket starts walking towards us, but then he spots us and kinda hides behind a tree. We’re sorta laughing a little because it’s obvious that we can all see him. He finally steps forward and walks over to us – now a little background, my mom had peed herself laughing earlier so she had to hang her underwear up to dry lol, she has a very weak bladder. Anyways, he walks over to us and greets us, then he just stands there awkwardly and we all share confused glances between us. He then goes on to ask us if we’re ‘’free people’’ after awkwardly looking at my moms underwear and we’re beyond confused at this point. My mom awkwardly says ‘’yes I think so?’’ and he just nods. He then says he is here because he likes to fish (there was literally no fish and that beach was not a popular fishing spot at all) and after he’s done making weird smalltalk he just walks straight back to his car. We all start talking about how weird that was and how weird it is for all these random men to be walking around here all alone.
Come nightfall and I’m trying to sleep in my shelter while my mom and stepdad are sitting and talking by the bonfire. My stepdad had this sort of flashlight attached to his head so he could turn it on and then see where his head went? If that makes sense? Anyways maybe 50 cars has passed at this point, but one stops at about 1AM gets out and starts almost trying to sneak up to us. My stepdad and mom both see him and my mom starts getting scared. My stepdad then turns his weird head light thing to the side so that when he turns his head, it will still look like he is looking straight. He watches the man sneak up behind a tree, literally watching them for over 10 minutes without making a noise. He then just walks back to his car and drives away. At this point they wake me up and say we have to leave. We frantically pack all of our things and I was so terrified as we were doing so, due to them telling me the story while we were packing and me already knowing what had happened earlier as I was there. I have no idea to this day what the hell that was, my mom jokingly suggested it was a secret meeting spot for gay married men, but I don’t know, there’s just something weird about watching people assuming they don’t see you. So yeah, I haven’t gone camping since and if I ever am, it definitely won’t be at that spot.
edit: I also remember all the men we saw wearing a beanie, like they were literally all wearing a beanie in the summer heat.

Story 3 - Police mix-up

So my family and I were in New York on vacation and since my moms cousin lives in Brooklyn we drove there to see her (side note, we are from Denmark and we had rented a car). For this story to make sense you need to know that we had been there for a couple of days and my stepdad thought it would be really cool to buy an NYPD t shirt for himself, so he did just that. My mom and I questioned him if that was even allowed as we were in a different country with different rules. He then claimed that the guy who had sold him the shirt had told him it was completely fine. That next morning he was wearing his police shirt to get us breakfast and he came back super ecstatic telling us about how a lot of people had thought he was the actual police and had given him a fist bump and yelled ‘’NYPD’’ at him. We honestly just laughed and shook our heads.
Fast forward to later when we had plans to go see my mom's cousin who lives in Brooklyn, we end up spending the whole day with her and it got pretty late before we went out to our car again. There were two guys obviously doing something sketchy like a drug deal, but we didn’t really mind it as we were just wanting to get back to the hotel and stay out of trouble. We made a note of it when we got inside the car, but then my stepdad remembered he had bought a gopro camera that he wanted to attach to the front of the car to film new York at night while we drove. We were all exhausted and begged him to just forget about it and drive, but he was determined to have his way and we just sighed and waited. It must have been 10 minutes and he was still trying to figure out how to attach it to the front when I noticed the guys from earlier had started walking towards us. My mom had noticed it to and told my stepdad to get into the car. He got into the car, he was pretty chill though not realizing what was going on. My mom and I then saw two other guys from behind the car approach us in the same way, they all had a really sketchy look and hands in their pockets and my mom and I yelled for him to drive. He finally drove away just in time, but telling us we were overreacting. Then my mom yelled ‘’They are taking photos of us!’’ and when we all looked back they had their phones out taking photos of our plate number. My mom and I was terrified and my stepdad was again telling us we were overreacting.
We later came to the conclusion that they must have thought he was filming them and seeing he was wearing a police shirt didn’t really make it better. I’m certain that if we hadn’t driven away, they would have hurt us, or at least one of us. I’m certain they had weapons on them the way they were having their hands in their pockets. I’m grateful that my mom and I had such strong gut feelings about it before it escalated into something horrific.
