and i also don't know what is relevant to mention like is it relevant to mention the day i woke up with pain in my eye and the pain didn't go away until my eye started crying or whatever?? idk, maybe but probably not as that only happened once 
Mayb just try saying everything, I dont think they know exactly what is relevant either u know . Easier to diagnose if u know all the facts
