omg yes i just binge read vogue interior articles and like......raw cut stone sinks that look really porous and coarse, why??? and i also saw a couple of completely see-through bathrooms

ridiculous flooring materials, i was kinda amazed to see that people really spend unreal amounts of money for things like floor tiling with so considerably big height differences within the tiles that they seem pretty much impossible to clean, let alone keep clean.

also carpets in random spaces or huge and/or fluffy rugs in spaces they're more than likely to get wet or dirty like (entrance) halls, kitchens or bathrooms. it sure looks nice to have those luxurious textiles spread across the living space but it also seems hugely unpractical
