hmmm yea I was thinking of going for one because I'd be down for learning more since masters program is usually just all specialized classes, though tbh as a cs major you probably learn best through applications and experience
but also because I was thinking of maybe doing two different concentrations, if they let us, for masters and bachelors (haven't fully decided between cybersecurity, game development, software engineer yet, leaning toward the latter two) my financial aid probably wont cover masters years if i go for it, so i'll have to save up for that
ooooo software dev is def where the money's at tho >_> maybe u can apply for masters scholarships?
i think its just a matter of wanting to try EVERYTHING but not enough time to try, money is a plus though
I'll definitely look around and apply, I have seen scholarships opportunity for cyber security specifically though
u go gurl!!! >:3 you've got this. Ik there are def ones available through the US DoD but that depends on whether or not u wanna work for the gov (sometimes that limits job options later b/c security clearance and whatnot)

I might have to take a course or two this summer to just barely make it :x, though 18 is the limit and 15 units is recommended, I haven't had a semester with less than 17 units yet
actually i'm trying to see, or ask my advisor next time around, if there's a way to enroll in a master's program with possibly finishing in 5 years, but probably not :v I don't really know how these things work yetttt but I think I like cs enough to pursue masters
and also ye planning is so difficult because of how some courses are either only offered in fall or spring :v

;-; same here tho I’m trying so hard to graduate in 6 semesters. I’ll b taking 8 credits for half a summer this coming year and ugh it’s such a pain planning out the years since Northeastern has co-op cycles and my major is required to have them in the falls of junior and senior year BUT my major also has class reqs and prereqs for them that r only in the fall and :,))) I gotta ask my advisor about that

the physics class I still need to take is more my major math/science electives (we have to take 10 units of these even on top the classes we already needed oof)
I think i'll barely manage to scrap by finishing in four years if I get all my classes oof, there's so may units and classes we need for this major +-+
