Can it be an old pic that i took before? Yes! As long as the picture was taken by you it's fine.

Can I edit the photo a bit to make it look better? Yep as long as you don't add elements that don't belong to you (ie; adding a stock image of a giraffe) 

Are fish considered wildlife? Of course!

Can I use a collage? No, it's one picture entry per user.

+ no the quality doesn't need to be any insane level of quality, it's all about interpretation of the theme!
