If youre referring to SMALLS entry Id believe its not valid either
They said you cannot add any lines or modify the lineart cause it needs to be equal for everybody 
But then no one is valid tho. Even shadows can be considered lines. And they did say we are allowed to colour the outline, so technically you cant know if i just coloured a lot of his outline in dark red, to become the same colour as the cape. I could also just edit my outline, to a darker colour of what its outlining, and call it a shadow. Its so hard to define... Hungry's money thong could be considered a weird thick and uneven line, and also the black suit. Its black, so it could be a REALLY thick, and short line too. And the eyelashes and lips, could be considered lines aswell. Dinalicious has lines in the eyes, and white lines as "shine" in the $ as well. Meltings basically has a lot of small vertical lines all over. Sjokomelks has bended lines around the bag too. Gingivitis has lines in the shadow. QwQ

You can basicly find lines everywhere, depending on how to put it. Its so confusing to me.

That's what I understand of the rules, at least.

So on Hungry's pants, you can still see where the original Mr. Krab's trousers are - all she did was colour them to create the illusion of a thong on a full body suit.

I could also change the side where the light hits, to a lighter colour, and where it dont, to a darker, then its jost highlight and shadow
