If you have trouble eating too fast and too much try eating with chopsticks, it takes the stomach 20-30 minutes to know it's full so this way you will eat slowly and not overeat. Another trick is to drink 1-2 glasses of water before every big meal, then your stomach is filled with water and you can't eat so much.

omg I love the chopstick-thing! The thing is that it's fricken hard to use them, I can't even eat sushi with those. But I will try it out with the ones we have in wood, and maybe after that use metallic ones. Thanks a lot! @Fillory

if you snack a lot try to drink water instead - i found out the reason i used to snack so much was actually because i was kinda thirsty and replaced it with something to drink!

I don't want to sound like THAT bitch but.
I honestly don't think putting bakingsoda on ur face is any good for you. Mostly cus it distrubs the natural ph balance of the skin. Same goes for lemon. I really do not trust those ingredients near my face ;s

Whats been working for my skin is drinking loads of water, and using argan oil as a moisturizer. It really calms down my skin after a warm shower!
I also like using coconut oil (but also argan oil sometimes) for when my hair is getting rather dry and damaged (Especially during winter). And it smells really good too!

If you study a lot and would like to have proper breaks after good proportions of studying, download Brain Focus. The app allows you to set up a timer for studying and for breaks so you don't have to check the clock all the time. I set it to remind me of a break every half an hour, and every break was 5 minutes - and every fourth break was a "proper" 20min break. The app also allows you to cathegorize your studying to three cathegories so you can view how many hours you have studied each subject. It's super easy to use.
