i like using photoshop cc bc it's easy to like, turn all the layers into separate files, or idk maybe it's possible with other programs too

I use paint tool sai. 

Your stuff looks good but maybe a bit stiff? Maybe try to make the fabric appear more flowy? Looks great so far tho!

Damn i only have hair tutorials so idk what to say


Dont be afraid of using many colours to shade tho. Just try different techniques and see what works for you!

Using my own jacket as example here but like:

For a bit more flowy fabric u wanna use more shadows in different amount of darkness. So like here u can see the first layer of shadow on the right side and first plus second layer on the left side. I also ended up adding a third layer. 
so dont be scared of using more shadow!

Looks nice but still you can def use more shadow! Especially on the arms to make them looks more 3d
