I used to work at a call center that caters to american customers. I live in asia. Therefore, we had to work at night to match their timezones XD 
oh that sucks . i dont think i could ever handle call centre work :  (

i used to find 3 in a row hard because your body clock gets used to it and then the days after its hard to sleep 
i guess i just cope lol !

i think whats really helpful is having a sad lamp

i have it on at night when im staying awake,  so the light is basically daylight in the room  (but not as bright as being outside, obviously ) . 

but when i go back to bed,  even if its light outside  as long as the blind is down its not as "day" like as it is with my lamp on at night

if that makes sense

It was hard at first but I really enjoyed talking to my customers! Especially the elderly XD there was this one time when I was on the line for 2 hours not because of the problem but because of the customer going on about their personal life.
