i personally wouldnt call people "fin". i could say "å så fin topp/kropp" but i think it would be weird for me to call girls n boys fin. pen er litt mer mennesker, kjekk er mennesker - utseendemessig for gutter, men man kan jo si "å jeg hadde d kjekt i helgen"
but this is hard without knowing the nuance between fin och snygg
but sexy, is "digg"

Same, feel like I would look really weird if I just suddenly said pen or something, just doesnt seem good 
I also feel like men could be fin but they can't be pen? Similarly I feel weird when people call women kjekk I'm like no? but women can be fin and pen. Fin is more like.. neutral to me like that.
