Divergent is wonderful as movie and book. 
Insurgent was decent as book. But if that's the box movie, I TAKE IT ALL BACK. THE BOOK WAS BETTER. But allegiant ugghh they destroyed it book and movie

just my 2 cents, I love both the books (up until the ghost writer took over) and the show but in different ways. If you want to read it because you love the show and want more of it you'll probably be disappointed. The story, the characters, and the lore is very different. Not Harry Potter the book and the movie different but an entirely different story with characters who happen to have the same name as Elena, Damon and Stefan etc.

But it had some good scenes like in the book. But it also had some good new scenes but like the box tm did nothing for it

Oh then I might enjoy that more. I'll try to read one prob 

YOU was very much the same and maybe that's why it was soo boring

i didnt even get far enough to notice any plot differences, my beef was with the writing style, i just could not put up with it. thats the main reason i usually put down books
