I'm maybe not always the smartest or wisest but I know that it's hard to be rejected, especially a lot of times, but if you don't try again you will never be a part of the team. So if you really want this then ignore the times you been rejected and show them that you will keep trying and you will improve every time you do it! Good luck <3
