Wondering the same. As for now, it seems like VP is connecting student and mentor at random. Like, at the most random times, I'll get a message from VP saying I got a new student -without me doing anything. Truthfully, I actually forget that this is even a thing, until I get a new message -and that's how long it goes between every time I'm assigned a new student..
