Maddie is wild, fun and flirty. In her mind rules are meant to be broken, which is likely why she has been secretly hooking up with her english teacher, Professor Knight. // Ash is loyal, caring and down to earth. He has never had a serious relationship before because commitment freaks him out so he just steered clear. His long term best friend Dante has kept him sane since they both popped out of the womb. He tries to be a protective brother but Maddie can be so much of a handful that he started to give up over the last year since their mum left.

Danté slicked his hair back with his styling putty, the final step to his daily grooming. He had that Friday feeling and he could not wait for the school day to be over so he could simply let go. Maddie would be there too, and that was always a plus. Running a hand across his chest, he let out an almighty yawn and flopped his butt back onto his bed, pulling his trainer socks on, followed by some tight fitting denim shorts and a grey polo shirt. Spraying some aftershave he gave himself one more look over in the mirror, more than happy with his appearance, he jogged downstairs into the kitchen, grinning when he spotted his mom was still there. "Morning mamma." Kissing her on the cheek, he grabbed a protein shake, downing it in one. Everything was last minute with him, never giving himself a second to slow down.

Ruby was already in the morning bus, her boyfriend lived just outside of the town and so staying at his house meant a longer journey in the morning. She ran a tissue under the waterline of her eyes, letting out the longest yawn possible of this century, she leaned her head against the window and closed her eyes for the moment. All she simply wanted to do was crawl back into their own bed and forget about the evening before, it hadn't been particularly nice and it left her skin crawling just thinking about it. Opening her eyes again she looked back down at her phone and unlocked it, scrolling through all her social media like normal, she logged into the group chat and read through the list of messages about the party that night. Thank god, a way to let her hair down and do some of the things that made her happy.

Ash had been rushing about last minute after his sister spent almost the entirety of the morning in the only bathroom they had. Jumping into dark wash skinny jeans as he tried to text at the same time, quite the disaster. He dropped his best friend a text, You coming back to mine before this party tonight? The sound of his sisters voice alerted him to the time, "ah fuckk" he said, grabbing a loose black t shirt from his wardrobe and shoving his feet into his vans. As he dashed out the bedroom and down the stairs he shook his head, "you need to get out of that bathroom earlier ", he grabbed his car keys and they both headed out of the house and into his car. He put his foot down and they dashed their way to school, with the hope of actually being on time for once.

Ruby jumped as her phone buzzed in her hand, bringing her back to reality and just in time for her to clamber off the bus, too. Hooking her metallic backpack over her shoulders she slid through the crowds of people and through the main gates, plastering a smile on her lips. Hell yeah, when have I ever missed a party huh? Hunter might tag along tho. X she replied, heading over to the bench they normally sat at, she slumped herself down, letting out another almighty yawn, if a bus was on its way there was a possibility she'd probably swallow it. She was dressed simple today, a black leather mini skirt with a red crop top that had a little embroidered peach, with fishnet tights and some chunky trainers. Nothing too fancy but ruby always knew how to show herself off.

Ash hummed gently to himself as he drove for a bit before picking up his phone to check his texts, he kept glancing back and forth from his phone to the road. aye that's fine, my dad won't care. He hit send and looked back up, quickly swerving back into his own side of the road, thankful that Maddie didn't notice his reckless driving. "everything okay?" he said, when she made an unhappy sound, though he never got a response. He clambered out of the car, locked the doors and headed towards the school entrance where he quickly spotted Dante, "Oi! Stop being a bell end" he chuckled as he approached his best made with a large grin on his lips. Everyone knew they were unstoppable when together and Dante just seemed to bring the best side of Ash out.

Dante flipped the skateboard up into his hand and then rested it under his arm, his smile turning into a naughty grin when he spotted ash, as well as his drop dead gorgeous sister. Her hair travelled for miles down her spine and the way those damn glasses rested in her little nose.. he ran full lips.. what he'd imagined those lips would do. He cleared his throat, bringing himself back to reality. "Whatever, them noobs deserved it, have you seen what they was studying, maths!! Who studies maths!! Jerks." He nodded his head once at maddie, giving her a smaller, more meaningful grin. He always tried to shine like a diamond around her, be the best he could be. His pact with ash didn't make that entirely easy.

Maddie rolled her eyes at the pair of them, "perhaps they are studying maths so they don't grow up to be total douche bags." she smirked at Dante, a cheeky gleam in her eye before looking away. It was hard to deny that he wasn't hot, maybe it was because Ash had made it clear to her that he was completely off limits that added that extra touch. It was the same with Professor Knight, he was off limits yet really he wasn't. "yeah yeah, whatever. remember to wait for me after school, Ruby might be coming back with me to get ready for tonight, depends if sleezebag hunter is coming too" she said as she walked away over to her friend, "hello my lil gem" she smirked, plopping herself down beside her.

Rubys face lit up a little bit more when she saw Maddie, exhaling a cloud of smoke through her nostrils, she tapped the ash from the end of her cigarette and took another long drag. "Well hello to you too my little cherub." Looks wise, they were chalk and cheese. Maddie so polished and perfect and gorgeous and well, ruby could make a boy cry with her death stare, there was no denying that. "I text hunter, he says he's up for the party but he will meet me there. So I'll be at yours like normal." It had been a routine for years now, taking it in turns to stop at each other's house at the weekend, endless parties, bottles of cider in the park. All until bus had come in the scene. "What's going in with you, anyway?"

Ash chuckled, waving his sister off before turning his back to where she had gone, "I have standards mate ! come on.." he frowned, getting a little embarassed as Dante mocked his love life, "yours isn't exactly much better at the moment. we need to find you a girl." he said as they started walking into the main building, "anyone caught your eye lately?" he shoved his hands in his pockets, gazing around at some of the people that walked past them or that were standing by his lockers. He was analysing them inside his mind, trying to figure out what that person had for breakfast just by how they were acting.

Dante eased up a little and shrugged, if only ash knew the thoughts, the terrible thoughts that would float around dantes head at night while Maddie was in his mind. Her hips, her legs, her.. he sighed and blinked a couple of times, clearing his throat. Yeah, sure. One girl on his radar. One girl that was out of bounds and she knew exactly what she was doing. "I mean I was texting Clara the other day but if you're into her you're more than welcome. She's not particularly my type anyway." He sounded truly mad, Clara was one of the most attractive girls in their class. Why the hell would someone give up the chance with her?

Ash felt his heart drop a little when he mentioned he had been texting Clara but he quickly shrugged it off, Dante was definitely more of a ladies man than he was so it should not of come as a surprise that one of the hottest girls in school was texting with him, "are you serious?" he raised his brow a little, "she is the hottest girl in school... and she breaths.. that is literally your type." he smirked, laughing a bit and shaking his head as they headed into class. "but hey if you don't want her I'll happily step in, but that still means we need to find you a girl for tonight."

Dante shrugged. "It's far too easy, she's like putty in my hands and well, I'm looking for a bit more of a challenge at the moment." He stated, the left side of his mouth lifting slightly into a smirk that he wasn't doing very well at hiding. "Plus she's definitely more your kind, big red hair, toes green eyes and tan legs, she'll be all over you don't you worry." He patted his shoulder, putting his skateboard back down on the ground he skated along slowly next to Ash. "I'm sure there will be plenty at the party and I've got my eye on someone but uh,, I'm working on it. Slow progress and all that.."

Ash raised his brow a little, "are you planning on trying to get your hands on an older lady again?! remember how badly that went last time." he laughed, shaking his head. Poor Ash, none the wiser to what Dante was hinting at. "Not a fan of red hair now huh?" he chuckled, shrugging, "ok I guessss I will take her, if thats how you want to be." He shook his head a little but with a grin on his face, "oh and who is this someone? didn't realise we kept secrets these days." he said as he pushed the classroom door open, "ugh." he grunted, seeing there was no two seats together, instead Ash had to sit one seat in front of Dante for them to be anywhere near each other.

Dante let out a low chuckle, parking his skateboard next to his desk as flopping in his seat, he ran his hand over his hair self consciously. "Hey her husband only tried to stab me a couple of times and I survived, and I can tell you I'd do it again if she let me, god bless Sandra." He let out a wild cackle, pulling his phone out and resting it on his thigh, his other hand on the desk with his pen, looking as if he were actually concentrating. Opening up his snap as Maddie name popped up, his lips curved into a smile and he simply sent back the happy devil face. He was playing with fire and it made his blood rush through his veins. "I can give you Clara's number if you want."
