i have a special place in my heart for 80s heavy metal such as judas priest (all time fave) and iron maiden. older metallica is great too. also all kinds of alternative metal such as system of a down, korn and gojira etc are amazing.

punk is great too. i like terror and sex pistols and ramones for example.
