I felt it was just too hollow.... like... it felt weird to me. I like mindless action and horror too but I want it to be with something meaningful. And I just didn't care about the kid that much bc I knew he wouldn't get hurt. Like obvs a movie like that wouldn't do that and by the time the second bad guy bit the dust in the same kind random luck way I knew that was how it would continue. and I just like.... never felt anything? 
But like. The deaths was fine and all. I just wished I felt some urgency for the kid.

ok yea that's a super valid critique of it. 

yea that movie could have been a lot better they started with a fun premise.
