FT: Near death experiences (tw)

Idk my sister was about 5 years old and it was like in a pool where they make like waves every now and then, she was kind of dragged down to the deep end and I saw she was struggling so without thinking I swam out there to try to help her, and i was only 7 so I was obviously not fit to try to save someone from drowning, she was with reason panicking like you do when you're about to drown, so she would push me down under water to not be pulled down herself, causing me to nearly drown. Tbh I'm still not over the fact that there were several life guards or whatever there and no one saw it, our mother which was sitting slightly away from it saw it and saved us. But I'll never forget it.

I've actually got several near drowning stories all of them are linked to my sister being in danger in water tbh

when @ babe's brother was driving at some weird road like way too fast
i knew i'd die there
i was also drunk so i mean vomiting in the car would've been as bad as dying
but i didn't die
nor vomit
so all ended up great, except i'm never going there again

It turns out that one day my chest began to hurt a lot and I started to feel very sleepy. The day passed normal and I went to bed, when I opened my eyes it had been three days. I had been sleeping without stopping for three days and my parents decided to take me to the hospital. In the hospital they told me it was a simple cold, I just had to rest. When I got home, I fell asleep. I do not remember well if it was another three or four days, but if I remember that I could not do anything for myself more than breathe (I did my needs on top?). They took me back to the hospital and this time they diagnosed me with advanced pneumonia. The doctor said literally one more day and I had died. He had more than 41 degrees of fever. I do not remember much of those days but I had many hallucinations (goblins, lights, shouts, situations). I remember seeing death standing next to my bed and saying "Nuria, you have to come with me". To this day I still do not know if it was a hallucination or something real. But I did think "shit, I died". I did not feel anything, I was dying and I felt absolutely nothing. Rare!!

I don't know. It feels like everything is just going on in slow motion, while losing consciousness

Sleeping for 3 days? I mean, twice, without eating? It's like starving to death and it didn't bother them in the first place you got there? Horrible! D: Glad you are ok now

In the start. It feels like getting a punch in the stomach - just on your chest. It kind of fades then. Luckily I didn't die thanks to my awesome nurse who reacted quickly.

My parents thought I was sick (I usually get cold and spend two days in bed because I'm like a lazy person). My parents did what they could, they tried to feed me, my mother washed me once. I was not aware of what was happening, so I do not know for sure what happened in those days, I do not even remember if I woke up eventually to eat. All I remember is because they told me hahaha after going to the hospital, they assumed that the doctor was right (they are supposed to have it)
