I feel as if she's going to do it again. I know it's hard to stop once you've start but I can't bear to see her like this. It just kills. Because she used to be so happy and full of life and now she feels like this is the only way to make everything stop. It's not and I keep emphasising that to her. So instead of saying something I wrote her a poem and I honestly do not care if it's good or bad I just need her to get the message. That no matter what happens, I will always be there for her. Even when I need someone there for me too.
