What I don't understand is why they would forbid the songs that were supposed to participate this year from participating next year? They should just make an exception and give these artists the chance they deserve.

Anyway, thats why my friend and I created this petition to hopefully convince the EBU to allow this years song into next year.

Against the rules they made. The rule was made to prevent an unfair advantage but this rule is now causing great artist who worked hard on these songs to not get the chance to represent their country because of something that isn't in their countrol. I think EBU should make an exception
