I dont Think you are allowed to use a complete set... And those items are a complete set:3

I am fully aware that there is a Kaneki Ken genderbend outfit, Uta outfit, Shugo chara outfit, Chobits, Miku Hatsune, Sailor moon and so on. You can use items from those sets, but not the entire set. The purpose is to be creative.

No, you don't need to have an interest in it. You can look up a character/anime/manga and just make an outfit based on it. As long as you don't use an existing set and as long as the character exists (and is not some OC or random image)

No, Teen Titans isn't anime but it is stated you can also use cartoons. And Teen Titans is a cartoon. So you can go ahead and enter with Teen Titans if you want to (:

It also has a skin, which I didn't use. But Chii does have other outfits so I think I might change it if I find an alternative
