wait nvm they can win twice okay makes sense
it is more than 24 active males but having it being like you can win once is basically ensuring that the majority of the males get something rare or something and yeah that's not ideal either because then people won't participate unless they need it with every cell in their body because something better could come up and why would you waste your chance
