yeah, with Jesters they want to be lynched (executed). It happens irl too, people claim to murder people but they haven't etc. Because you got lynched, you completed your target goal and hence won :3
your target changes depending on which role you get.

haha I was the same in the beginning. I did a little bit of background reading and managed to pick it up along the way :3
