This stunning outfit was created by Atelier Versace. The theme was a real challenge, but we wanted to create something regal and timeless. Purple has endured the test of time as a color representing royalty, but it also represents peace and magic, two things we really need in a time like this. The look was inspired by the looks of royalty through the ages.
Heavily inspired in one of Versace's runway looks worn by Naomi Campbell, my look brings out the beautiful shining dress typical to Versace's typical looks as a type of homage to Gianni Versace as this was one of his iconic looks from the 90s. The dress was the main piece of this ensemble and a few pieces were added to give it that more classy feel with the lucious fur jacket made by Gucci's former designer Tom Ford and the diamonds around my body, feet, on my headpiece and the embroided gloves are all customly made by Swavorski and all contain 24 carat diamonds and finally my choker which is made by Yves Saint Laurent with once again diamonds embroided on the choker.
My gown was designed by the legendary fashion genius Manfred Thierry Mugler!! I decided to take the theme a little bit more literally and the inspiration behind my look is the sandglass, more commonly known as the hourglass. The gold embroidery is meant to represent the falling particles of sand. The same falling sand effect is also represented in my hairstyle with the use of box braids. It's a pleasure and an honour to be attending my first ever Met Ball, and I can't wait to see what looks come down the red carpet next!!

This highly fashionable look designed by Jean-Paul Gaultier and inspired by iconic red carpet looks of the early 2000s.

The big poofy lower part is a trend that have been in fashion for long, but as I also think will stay for long. My head accessory is, I think, relating to different cultures (and also my own culture) which is not only beautiful, but also so important to acknowledge different cultures historical fashion.
added some text x (not the best but just came up with something)
