Can you make it so that other people can actually see this thread? "next time"
Ohh, so you coming in here with a bad attitude and then claiming we "only" help those who understand the hints is supposed to be nicer? Let me quote you: no. We might be team members but we have no obligation to be nice to someone who hits the forum with an attitude like that. Code hunts aren't for everyone, and they're meant to be more difficult than just copy-pasting a code. They do require quite a bit of knowledge of VP and how the site works, as codes will always be hidden around the site, or in SMT's case: on the site's social media pages. We got a lot of feedback this time around saying the code hunt was easy and the hints were easy to understand, so I'm sorry you didn't get them, but obviously two people can't please everyone. As for making the thread more visible, it was present on the front page from the moment we activated it until the codes were maxed, so it was literally right there. Not much more we can do then, if people aren't active and browsing the site.
Oh I'm sorry that you think that I have an attitude.
What I was saying is that it is unfair to those who might not know or not be able to relate those hints to where they belong and I assumed that you only helped those who it relates to, AKA people who already know where to look, so it is literally what you just admitted that people here need to be- It was only those people who already know about this site that even asked, because they're the only ones who probably found this thread in time. I had no intentions of being mean or offensive there and I was actually quite right about my assumtion.

I don't really care that I didn't get them, I care more about the fact that it feels like I never had a chance to get them. And I am probably not the only one and so I feel for them too. I could care less if I manage to claim them first or not as long as I atleast have a chance. I never once saw this thread on the first page. I will note that It is not just about the codes here today, no these feelings have been brewing for a while. Cause it's always the same thing here, or so it feels like.
I guess that's what social media does better, because they share it very clearly. There's no way to not see it unless you don't go onto the media. But yeah, I never saw this anywhere on the first page although It's probably because I still have issues with the layout of the page.

Having the codes hidden is fine and all, just- make it visible. Not the code, but the thread. Make it so that people actually can see if there's a code. Or just don't have a code at all if you're not willing to give people who don't know this site inside and out a chance too. Because it is unfair. And unfair belongs in the real world. I'd rather not have it everywhere.

Also I will say that I actually am genuinely hurt by that moss person saying that.
You don't know how hard it is to live with that issue, so don't go passively calling people dumb if they don't do that, because not everybody can get themselves to do that because of an issue.
"I'm sorry that you think I have an attitude" with everything that followed is having an attitude, let alone italicising words for emphasis and the sarcasm that clearly comes through

in terms of visibility, unless a mass message is sent out on vp the most visible a forum will get will be being on the front page under "hot topics" which, if you're active on vp you'll notice and mby click on when you log in. this forum was in that box, almost always in the top spot from the start to the end of this hunt. the title of the forum is short enough to be fully seen and anything that starts with ET: or SMT: is always an instant draw for anyone who regularly enters dress up comps/raffles etc so I don't really get what you mean by it not being visible?? if you're not active enough to know that a thread like that would be something to pay attention to if you're interested in codes/getting new clothing then ? that's an issue for you and your unfamiliarity with the site, it's not something laboratory or moss could have done any better. the only thing you can do in situations like that is spend more time on here and try to learn more abt it as you go, when I came back after a period of inactivity I sucked at finding/even knowing where to begin looking for codes but that's not the case any more. natural progression u know ??

ok but honestly i was here for it all and it was ?? always on the front page what are you on about. and theres no ´thinking´ you have an attitude, because you obviously do have one. at least own up to it. you dont have to be an ass about it, just say you find it difficult and come with constructive critisism instead.
its not their fault you dont know this site enough to figure out the codes. while i know it sucks, most of us have been there ourselves. just check around more, learn a bit and then maybe next time youll get it. until then, dont come at them for you not understanding. jeez

I am not being sarcastic. And I guess my individuality does have a set path of negative emotions towards this. Emphasis is important cause I tend to be misunderstood if I don't emphesize.

Also again I haven't seen it anywhere on the front page, so maybe it just shows for certain people. I don't know, but I have not seen it there

thanks to moss n laboratory for hosting this hunt!
I didn't get any codes (partially bc I was too lazy to look for the still claimable codes) but I can guess how stressful this event must be for u with ppl being rude n "holding u accountable" for not being fast enough to claim even tho that's def a you-problem of those ppl...
so thanks n don't feel bad bc of these players

That is one of the reasons why this site is slowly pushing the interest of newer people away tho.

Also I am very sorry that you think I am being "that" about it, but I am just stating my opinion. also I still found moss to be pretty rude and their comment still did hurt me.
And I've realised We All have an attitude. And it is not a bad thing.

over 50 people have seen it on the front page, so you sure most have missed it, that one is not on lab, nor moss.
