I know people are often friendly in the hopes of getting benefits, but it sucks for people actually looking to make friends

For me personally, the ET events really helped me to get closer to people. Through helping others in forums/waiting for codes/playing Town of Salem etc. - it all got me talking more to people. It also helped to build my confidence to talk to other people regularly.
I still don't know how much I'd be missed if I left but I have closer friends here, which is really great <3 I sorta went from only having a couple of good friends here to having a bunch overnight haha
Hmmmnah I know where you're coming from. I felt like that for ages here. I always had acquaintances but I never felt like I was really close with anyone.
For me personally, the ET events really helped me to get closer to people. Through helping others in forums/waiting for codes/playing Town of Salem etc. - it all got me talking more to people. It also helped to build my confidence to talk to other people regularly.
