It's my first job ever, and definitely not what I had in mind considering I have a master's degree, but since I've been unemployed for a year, I just have to take anything I can get... The workplace itself seems nice, and training so far has been pretty chill, but we'll see how it goes after I actually start answering calls...

Hahaha, yeah, goodness. There are people who have ordered something and then call the next day to ask why they haven't received it yet. Like please, it needs to be sorted and transported and whatever, you can't just do that in a couple of hours.
