We've been listening to other people taking calls as part of our training, and as expected, most of them are like "Where's my package? Why is it not here yet??"...
Understandable honestly. Hope you like the job though
It's my first job ever, and definitely not what I had in mind considering I have a master's degree, but since I've been unemployed for a year, I just have to take anything I can get... The workplace itself seems nice, and training so far has been pretty chill, but we'll see how it goes after I actually start answering calls...
Well honestly nowadays you dont really know where you are going to end up working. Answering calls might be stressing  and dealing with rude customers even more. But well, sometimes you dont really have a choice. Hope you find a job you really want to do though

Oof. What would you do if one male actually wins? Still reuse it?
Yeah think so, Allie and I discussed the possibility before and we've also put it on the front page that if less than 5 male winners we'll re-use it for something in the near future)

i'd reach a boiling point where i'd be like, imagine you are the package, how much time do you think it takes to be fulfilled in a business' warehouse, then sent to the shipping company, then processed, then put on a cargo plane then-
Hahaha, yeah, goodness. There are people who have ordered something and then call the next day to ask why they haven't received it yet. Like please, it needs to be sorted and transported and whatever, you can't just do that in a couple of hours.
oh boy, it's like they think their package is the only package being transported in the world
Right? "I need it now." So? If you know you're going to need something, just order it earlier...

Yeah no, I didn't pick an education that would guarantee me a job, but I didn't expect it to be this hard... Hopefully it will be a valuable experience either way, that might open up for better jobs.

Yes hope so too. Having a nice curriculum is always good for better jobs.
