It's my first job ever, and definitely not what I had in mind considering I have a master's degree, but since I've been unemployed for a year, I just have to take anything I can get... The workplace itself seems nice, and training so far has been pretty chill, but we'll see how it goes after I actually start answering calls...
Well honestly nowadays you dont really know where you are going to end up working. Answering calls might be stressing  and dealing with rude customers even more. But well, sometimes you dont really have a choice. Hope you find a job you really want to do though

Yeah no, I didn't pick an education that would guarantee me a job, but I didn't expect it to be this hard... Hopefully it will be a valuable experience either way, that might open up for better jobs.
