Yes you can, we don’t have a in-game design program but some player have programs like paint and Photoshop. If you want to design, you can download the doll base here. You must always save your files as .png or .bmp cause it is better quality (much better than .jpg)

?? Png works if im not fully lost cc
when you save it as a png the layers merge into one picture so you can't separate the items
