cuz smt alternates the social media they use, for example this month might be twitter but next month will be something else like tumblr. It makes sure that everyone who might not have one thing but might have another gets a chance

Wouldn't it make more sense to have the competitions on every media page? It could even get you more chances and therefore more coverage/likes/tweets/reblogs on different platforms for SMT too?

then whats the point of having all the social media pages if their all going to have the same thing. just take one then.

It's a lot of work to organize a raffle. if we had it on all 4 platforms it would get suuuuper confusing xD

Yeah I guess it would be a lot of work. but it would also give VP more coverage and more people a chance to participate ^^ but I get it.

We use a random number / list generator to get the winners, we don't just go through the list and pick and choose who we wanna give it to.

I've only been around for one raffle, but I saw the results and there was a 0% bias with it. It's all random. Some people just have amazing luck hahaha

Because the SMT is basically free advertisement for VP. It's on these platforms to spread the word of VP. Not only for us who already know about it. XD
And because people have different media pages. I don't have twitter but I have tumblr and fb. Some other person might not have tumblr but only have twitter.

We post more than just codes, lol.
We post shop updates, WOF/HOF set of the week, what males and females got for DM, we advertise competitions going on VP.
If we posted it on VP it wouldn't really be a point for 'social media' team

but it IS for advertisement. You can argue if it's good or bad. But that's the reason for SMT to exist. It's not to confuse people or to make the game more complicated. It's the same with the YT team. It's to make content that shows up on other sites and thus spreads VP.
But yeah sure. You can argue if it's a good way or not. THAT, I don't know.
