Because I really just want it to be people trying to design their own. When I allowed collabs, people were asking designers to collab and then the designers made a lot of the pieces of the set and I had just decided no more collabs for these competitions because it's not fair to the people who actually try and make a full set on their own

Edit: not related, but I might have to try a new set since I'm definitely not gonna finish on time with the current set idea and progression I'm going with

I would say they look too similar to count as a "different" design.

you can use the base for Rowans skin design (ie the outline) but you need to do the shading and internal designing yourself.

No, it is not. It is clearly recoloured and slightly altered. We'll contact them about it.
