Just to clarify - the themes were suggested by users and then out into a randomiser to pick them out. My hope is that people would have been sensible with themes like this but apparently not it seems.

I think even if users come up with something it's your responsibility to veto things that don't make sense.

This is called 'passing the buck' and it's something politicians do in order to not take responsibility for their mistakes.
