I have no say, but I just love the originality of this and it wasn't a typical water dress or something along the lines of that. The fact you went for an underwater animal and then humanised it worked bonus points on me. From the hair to the little details on the trails on the jelly fish bottom. A well done to you and I do hope that you submit this into the shops!

Very nicely designed and it was a very close tie for first place. Hence why the prize was put up to 100c instead of 80c. The headpiece and hair are beautiful and the dress you designed was also nicely done. I especially love the staff accessory that you had made. However between this one and first place, I felt like the initial design for this one didn't pull through a creative new concept.

Now to be honest, I love this design. It's very well designed and the concept of taking the Light element and implementing it as 'Moonlight' was very creative. However as beautiful as this is designed, I didn't feel the creativeness of it which I was hoping for. The skin is fantastic as is the hair, however the dress I felt quite drawn back on as it's rather plain and doesn't really stick out to me. I think if we took this design and added some accessories  to it it would of pulled through greatly. I do hope you submit though as it is well designed.
