Please submit an outfit based on a song (with a link to the song on youtube, please) and a brief summary of your experiences on VP thus far--the good, the bad, and the ugly.

I will award the prizes to people with the outfits that best represent the song. The summary is so that I (and everyone else) can get to know you better! The idea is to help new players become established in the game.

VP actually made me addicted from day 1 and I non-regrettedly (is that a word??? it is now lol) spent 24€ on that first day. I only started less than a month ago and to give a perspective of how much I've played (even tho I have a shit ton of responsibility and huge time pressure), just take a look at my amount of posts and the worth of my wardrobe, and my 7 PAGES LONG WL hahaha (check it if you'd like, I might buy stuff) I'm a really social person and this game is way more active in forums than other games I've played. People are so nice, and one person who I'd never spoken to before even spent half an hour sending me free items that she had 2 or more of, I haven't been so shocked with happiness in a long time ;o I'm already having a great time here.

Only things I'd REALLY want improved are the shitty mini games, otherwise the game is really good. I'm gonna keep on playing mini games either way, but as a color-expert and editor, some screens (for example the congratulations that comes up when finishing a popstar platform round) are so ugly and make me cringe. It's not really a big deal tho, it's worse when I'm on a good run and getting a pretty high score and then the jumping glitches and I just have to quit. The limo game is pretty much a chance game too, because I've experienced many times that a paparazzi car just literally spawns right on top of me and kills me after an assignment when a new one starts. That's always how I've died in that game. I've never been chased or bumped into, just killed by enemy spawn. That's pretty annoying, so I rarely play it.

The fashion of this game is so varied and the making of new items happens constantly, so I never feel like I'm restricted by the most popular types of styles anymore. I love many different styles and I'm so glad I've found this game, that includes so many styles! I love streetwear, goth, fantasy, innocent, magical and much more, and I've never seen a game so full of so many different items in all of these styles and other styles. I love how anyone can design things (and I'm actually working on something myself ;)) I'm not sure how to get the designer badge tho, do you have to regularly upload designs, do you get paid? Hm. It doesn't matter tho, I'm sure I'll learn more about that as I play and design. I'm not planning on designing that much, as it takes time and I have very little of that and am super busy, but maybe in a year I'll be more free/effective.

What I really love about Virtual Popstar, is the fact that in here  - everyone are equal, despite not knowing each other, and despite the fact that people come here from across the whole world. To me, that is truly beautiful. The fact that people can meet and be equal in this tiny online community is great and I love that!
