The idea of the drawing comp is to draw one or more of my OC's in a cosplay / dress up of fictional characters from books, movies, games etc. of the fantasy genre. My goal is to make a collage from all the entries which will be posted in the thread and on my DA page after the contest which means that you need to put a signature on the drawing!

Entries have to be posted in the thread with the name of the fictional characters and source material (book, movie etc.) If you can find a picture of the outfit please post that as well. I will judge based on effort and detail of the dress up itself, personality (bringing them to life) and artistic skill.

Deadline was June 15th!

✦ P R I Z E S

1st place = Raquelle ! 300 + 30x1 = 330 cr

2nd place = Sharkaz ! 200 + 30x1 = 230 cr

3rd place = Juniper & Brihanna !
Juniper: 100 + 30x3 = 190 cr
Brihanna: 100 + 30x2 = 160 cr

4-9th place = 50 cr + 5 cr for every character you draw

10-15th place = 25K pd + 5K pd for every character you draw

rest (participation prize) = 1K pd + 100 pd for every character you draw

★ R U L E S

* Cosplays must be from a fantasy genre OR a source that has fantasy elements (hybrid)

* My OC's need to be similar to the characters they are cosplaying in either looks, skills or personality traits. E.g you make a redhead a Weasley, a dual swordsman Geralt etc.

* Cross dressing is allowed!

* You can't change their genetics or give them wigs! You can style hair and change hair length, no dyeing!

* It has to be a full-body drawing OR longer than hip length, you need to show off the cosplay

* You can't draw the same OC more than once, or enter using more than one account

* Digital and traditional art both! If you choose traditional you need to scan it

* I need to see that you made an effort making it so i won't be giving away free pd for participation prizes

* And ofc don't steal / trace or remake others artwork. this rule shouldn't have to be here

here are Theo and Vella who I made both as Ariel, but they both just look like Ariel and not ur characters xc

and I might edit this post later and add a couple more bc I have an idea for Filander I might do over the weekend : D

also I hope Disney counts as fantasy

Yes i would say Swan lake and the little mermaid count as they both have fantasy elements to them

I think the reason why Theo and Vella doesn't look like themselves is because their hair is too red like Ariels, and not their own? I get why Theos hair would be darker since he is underwater but the colors don't match their genetics. You could colorpick from the palettes i had on the drawing of them, but that's up to yourself if you want to spend more time on it or not

And yes Felia really looks like herself

No you don't need to add bubbles it's just a background. I'm surprised you added them in the first place :3
